Listen Now:

Is Mayweather Too Scared To Step Up Now?

Posted on 08/20/2010

Why won’t Floyd Mayweather say a single word about fighting Manny Pacquiao in November? Nobody wants to see Pacquiao vs. Margarito, not even the California state commission which would profit handsomely from such an event.

All roads lead now to Pacquiao vs. Mayweather but Mayweather made a U-Turn and no one has seen him since.

Mayweather tried to save his rear quarters when he show the world smokescreens with his silly, phony $100,000,000 contract and publicity photos with Don King, but it failed to distract people from the truth: Floyd Mayweather is afraid to fight Manny Pacquiao and lose by decisive, brutal knockout in front of the eyes of the planet.

Why won’t the little coward step up and announce he will fight Pacquiao if he accepts random testing? Why won’t the little coward declare what his purse demands are? Why won’t the little coward stand up and say anything about boxing Manny Pacquiao in the only fight anyone wants to see right now? Why won’t the little coward stand up and say he intends to box Pacquiao in 2011? Why won’t the little coward just man up and admit, “I don’t want to fight Manny Pacquiao, he’s too good. I want safe and easy fights for big money from the suckers at HBO who spoiled me by giving me everything I want.”

Why does the little coward continue to hide in his hole like a mouse who knows the cat will torture and eat him alive if he dares to show his face to the cat?
Is the little coward a gorilla, a dog, a duck, a chicken or a mouse? Or all or most of the above?

Why don’t the protectors of the little coward – Ellerbe, Haymon, Schaefer, De La Hoya – say something on behalf of Mayweather, instead of begging for Pacquiao vs Marquez III?
Why don’t any Las Vegas based reporters like Kevin Iole go to the Mayweather Gym to try and get some answers from the little coward?

Why doesn’t Brian Kenny try to do a satellite interview with the little coward on ESPN2 Friday Night Fights to get some answers – and if Mayweather declines to be interviewed, inform the world of that?

Has Mayweather turned into a pathetic, shameful, little coward when Manny Pacquiao came knocking on his door? It certainly looks like it.
