The Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills will present a special screening and on stage conversation celebrating HBO and Emmy-nominated filmmaker Peter Berg’s acclaimed docu-series “On Freddie Roach”. The cinéma-vérité series focuses on Freddie Roach, the world-famous boxing trainer who owns and operates the Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood, where he has produced a host of world champions. This intensely personal look at Roach chronicles his life and career against the backdrop of Parkinson’s disease, an ailment very likely linked to his own boxing past.

Roach has trained more than 20 world champions, including Manny Pacquiao, Amir Khan, Oscar de la Hoya and Mike Tyson. He has been honored five times as Trainer of the Year by the Boxing Writers Association of America and has been inducted into the World Boxing Hall of Fame.

Earlier this year, the U.S. Olympic Committee announced a unique partnership with Roach in an effort to ensure that America’s top amateur fighters have access to the finest training in preparation for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.

Tickets are free to Paley Center members and the general public, but RSVPs are required. Further information and tickets to program are available at www.paleycenter.org

Thank you, I have recently been looking for info about this subject for a long time and yours is the best I have found out so far. But, what about the bottom line? Are you sure about the source?|What i don’t realize is in truth how you’re now not really a lot more smartly-favored than you might be now. You’re so intelligent.

The difference is that Mason normally freed his clients before
an official trail, but Matlock brings the murderer to a dramatic court scene near
the end. A comparison between these two types of television is put forward
below:. The nickname was feminized to “Emmy,” to be consistent with the statuette that had been designed as the trophy,
of a winged woman (symbolizing the muse of art) holding an atom (symbolizing the electrons of science and technology of the
television) in representation the Academy’s goal of supporting, progressing, and celebrating the art and science of television.
