NEW YORK (June 11, 2008) – Two of America’s best young heavyweights will highlight the co-feature of HBO Boxing After Dark “Black and Blues” presented by DiBella Entertainment in association with Prize Fight Boxing, Don King Productions, and Goosen Tutor Promotions LIVE Saturday June 21 from FedExForum in downtown Memphis, Tennessee. It will be a battle of undefeated heavyweights as DBE’s Chazz “The Gentleman” Witherspoon (23-0, 15 KO’s) challenges Chris “The Nightmare” Arreola (23-0, 21 KO’s) in a scheduled 12 round bout for Arreola’s WBC Continental Americas Heavyweight title.

“This matchup provides something that is desperately needed in today’s heavyweight division…a top American challenger,” said DBE President Lou DiBella. “I know both Chazz and Arreola will put on a great fight for the Memphis fight fans. They both have knockout power and want to prove that the future of the heavyweight division is alive and well in their hands.”

HBO Boxing After Dark “Black and Blues”, headlined by DBE undefeated welterweight star Andre Berto (21-0, 18 KO’s) going up against Miguel “Mikki” Rodriguez (29-2, 23 KO’s) will originate LIVE from FedExForum just off Beale Street in the heart of Memphis.

“Memphis is a great place to do an event, and I do need my fix of barbecue and blues,” said DiBella. “This is the third event in three years I have promoted with Prize Fight Boxing at the beautiful FedExForum and I know the Memphis fight fans will make June 21st another successful event.”

Tickets for the event are priced at $100, $75, $50, and $25. “With the struggling economy, we wanted to make tickets affordable for every fight fan. I hope everyone in the Memphis and neighboring areas can come out and enjoy a great night of boxing,” said DiBella.

Tickets are available by visiting the FedExForum box office, by calling Ticketmaster at 901-525-1515, or online by visiting www.ticketmaster.com. Doors open at 5:30pm with the first bout getting underway at 5:45pm.
