ATLANTIC CITY NJ (August 17, 2009) –- World Middleweight Champion Kelly Pavlik and challenger Paul Williams have a new date, Nov. 21 for their title fight at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City.

Pavlik and Williams were initially set to fight on October 3 at Boardwalk Hall, live on HBO’s World Championship Boxing; however, Pavlik has been bothered with an injury of the middle knuckle on his left hand which requires medical attention.

The press luncheon scheduled for Tuesday, August 18 has also been postponed to Tuesday, September 1.

Pavlik (35-1, 31 KOs), the star from Youngstown, Ohio, Ghost wrote a career year in 2007 against three of the best who boasted a combined record of 74-4-3 (55 KOs) when he faced them.
