Negotiations for a fight between Haitian-Canadian (and soon to be American) Bermane “Bware” Stiverne (24-1, 21 KOs), the current WBC heavyweight champion, and American contender Deontay “The Bronze Bomber” Wilder (32-0, 32 KOs) continue to be bumpy.

To address this situation, the latter man has taken to YouTube to offer up a somewhat creepy video in which he makes lusty, lip-smacking reference to the WBC strap as “Sophia,” and says she’ll be coming home with him after the two men meet in the ring.

Needless to say, Stiverne–who says he has signed the contracts for the fight and is waiting on Wilder–wasn’t impressed by this little video gambit, feeling Wilder’s creepy reference to stealing his “woman” fell flat.

The champ then took to his Facebook page to say so.

“Somebody tell me what this jacka** is talking about,” wrote Stiverne, “when we’re waiting on him to sign his end of the deal. In the meantime I give him a B- [for] actin’ skills.

“Reaching for what you called ‘Sophia’ will get you whacked.

“Sophia gon get you hurt,” warns the champion.
