Designed to produce intensified and volumized lashes that are soft to the touch and feathery, the applicator brush has over 200 bristles designed to catch every lash and provide a smooth, silky finishing aesthetic free of any smudges or clumping. If you have read any of my previous mascara related posts you will know I try numerous amounts of mascaras at a time because I wear it every day. L’Oréal Lash Paradise Mascara has been revamped and as a devoted lover of mascara, it was a no brainer for me to give it a go. Read on to hear about my experience and thoughts on this mascara… Would recommend previously A quick YouTube search of “l’oreal lash paradise too faced dupe” will yield about 8,640 results, so the YouTube community is clearly on board with the fact that these two look similar. In the past, I’ve tried both the washable and waterproof versions of BTS, and while the waterproof version made me happy enough, I found myself not really like the washable version. For those of you who are new here, this was no surprise as I generally dislike washable mascaras – I mainly look for mascaras that keep my eyelashes curled because mine are sad and straight, as well as mascaras that don’t flake because I wear contacts, and waterproof mascaras are usually the only kind up to that task.

“I prefer my skincare routine to be as uncomplicated and unobtrusive as possible. I’ve been using Clinique’s Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion for years and it delivers exactly this. I have dry skin, so this moisturizer helps to soften and soothe irritation while also remaining light after application. I dab a small amount twice a day and let the serum do the rest—not much maintenance required for this moisturizer.” — Savannah Walsh, Editorial Fellow Those with oily skin types may be tempted to stray away from moisturizers and anything that feels remotely greasy, but Wang urges you to rethink your approach. “Counter to what we think, oily skin is often induced by overly treated skin, which strips the skin of the natural oils it needs to function effectively,” he says. “Using a moisturizer after cleansing the skin helps it to regain balance and avoid the seesaw effect of combination skin.”
