Michigan’s Top MMA Promoter Donofrio Entertainment Announces SIX New Shows.

Spring Will Be a Violent Thing! Michigan’s premier MMA promoter is also its busiest.

Joseph Donofrio of Donofrio Entertainment is proud to announce a six-event series of MMA shows this Spring, being held at some of the state’s finest venues and in support of some of very worthy causes.

Scheduled first is his “Knockout Blindness” event on April 19 at the Shelby Township Lion’s Club inside the Palazzo Grande Event Center in Shelby Township, Michigan. All tickets to this fantastic annual night of full-contact cage fighting will include premium dinner, top-shelf open bar and door prizes and the proceeds will benefit Leader Dogs for the Blind. Former Detroit Red Wing greats will be in attendance and their exclusive national anthem singer, Karen Newman, will sing the Star Spangled Banner.

And then on May 7, Donofrio Entertainment will return to their headquarters at the Palace of Auburn Hills for another Impact Fight League installment, featuring the finest martial artists in Michigan throwing down inside the Donofrio battle cage. Entitled “MAYhem at the Palace”, the show will include all the usual thrills, chills, special guests and heart-stopping action that Donofrio events have become known for.

Last time Donofrio stopped by the Palace, over 5000 fans showed up and not one left disappointed. Don’t miss it!!!

Next up is May 21, where Donofrio will host “BeatDOWn” at the Dow EventCenter in Saginaw, Michigan. Don’t miss this incredible cagefighting event at the 5000+ seat home of the Saginaw Spirit. This will be Donofrio’s first time in the beautiful remodeled facility and the house is sure to be rockin when Michigan’s best meet head-to-head for the Saginaw fans’ enjoyment.

Next on May 26 comes “Thrilla at the Villa” at Villa Penna in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The Thrilla will be a charity MMA event to benefit Multiple Sclerosis research. Each year, over $40,000 is raised at this annual show and this year will be even better now that Donofrio will be bringing the pain.

The fifth show in the series will be held June 4 at the Emerald Theater in Mt Clemens, Michigan, where Donofrio Entertainment’s bone-breaking warriors will battle it out in one of Michigan’s most beautiful old-style theaters.

And then finally, on June 18, Donofrio will end the Spring mayhem with a huge show at the Silverdome in Pontiac, Michigan. Stay tuned for more details on this exciting event, as there will be special guests and tons of extras for Michigan’s rabid cagefighting fans to enjoy.

In all, Spring 2011 will be a season for pleasin for Michigan’s MMA fight scene and Joseph Donofrio will be the force driving it.
