20 Shows. 3 Venues. One Mission: Build Local Fighters.

Boxing Insider Promotions has staged 20 professional boxing events across New York and New Jersey since 2022 — launching careers, selling out club venues, and giving local fighters the platform they deserve. What started as a USA Boxing Metro sponsorship and a Ringmasters amateur show at Sony Hall became the most active boxing promotion in New York City.

Sony Hall: The Proving Ground
The pro series launched at Sony Hall in Times Square in late 2022. Early cards sold out. By 2023, Boxing Insider was staging more NYC events than Top Rank, Matchroom, or Star Boxing — as profiled by BoxingScene and The Ring Magazine.
The Sony Hall era launched Andy Dominguez (WBC USA and WBA Fedecentro flyweight champion, fight of the year vs. Byron Rojas on DAZN), gave Tsendbaatar Erdenebat (two-time Olympian) and Avious Griffin their first professional titles, hosted Miyo Yoshida’s NYC debut and Emmet Brennan’s (Irish Olympian) U.S. debut, and featured fan-favorites Cletus Seldin and Christina Cruz.
Atlantic City: Reviving a Fight Town
In May 2024, Boxing Insider brought pro boxing back to the Tropicana Showroom after a seven-year absence. That first card featured hometown fighter Justin Figueroa, former heavyweight champion Larry Holmes, and a donation to the Atlantic City PAL. By July, Swedish heavyweight Otto Wallin (who fought Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua) headlined at Tropicana with Micky Ward ringside. Coverage from Breaking AC, 973 ESPN, Shore Local, and WPG Talk Radio. Shore Local called it an Atlantic City boxing renaissance.
The Tropicana is now a regular stop — and local fighters finally have a consistent professional stage in their own city.

Community: The PAL Partnership
Boxing Insider partners with the Atlantic City Police Athletic League on the “Battle of the Beach” amateur showcase at Tropicana — 100% of proceeds to PAL youth programs. The partnership helped PAL secure a $65,000 state grant (New Jersey Monthly). In December 2025, Boxing Insider received the PAL Excellence Award for contributions to youth boxing (Shore Local).
