Talkin’ Boxing with Chuck Zito!

World-renowned tough guy, actor, bodyguard and Hells’ Angel Chuck Zito was at yesterday’s press conference and he was kind enough to answer some of our questions. Here’s what the man who once famously layed out Jean Claude Van Damme in a helpless heap had to say:

Boxinginsider.com: This is a tough fight to call, who do you see winning Mayorga or Trinidad?

Chuck Zito: “Mayorga. He’s a tough fighter. He can punch with either hand. And Trinidad’s coming off a two-year layoff. Will be a good fight.”

Boxinginsider.com: How about if you had to fight Ricardo Mayorga in the street, would you be worried at all? I mean, this guy seems crazy.

Chuck Zito: “Not at all. I don’t worry about anybody in the street. When it comes to the streets, I’m top dog [smiles].”

Boxinginsider.com: Are you unbeaten in the street?

Chuck Zito: Yep, ask Jean Claude Van Damme [smiles].”

Boxinginsider.com: You go way back with Mike Tyson, how long you been pals?

Chuck Zito: “I was there with our first pro debut in Albany. Mike’s a very humble guy and a friend that I stick by him 100%.”
